# Governance

**Duet is an open, community-driven protocol governed by DAO. Proposals such as proposed system upgrades, acceptance, and removal of collaterals, listing, and delisting of dAsset, revisions of the DUET incentive plan, are voted collectively by the DUET bondholders.**
